This
is a programme of mental peace and physical health. In this
tour we are accompanied by a yoga teacher and a Buddhist scholar.
We will be passing through some of the most pristine natural
environments untouched by human civilization. The places provide
the perfect settings for practicing fitness programmes, meditation
and teachings of Mind and Body relationship by the accompanying

1 |
Arrive
in Delhi. Transfer to hotel. |
| DAY
2 |
After breakfast
Delhi sightseeing of Jama Masjid, Red fort, Rajghat,
Gandhi memorial museum and Lotus Temple etc. Overnight
in hotel in Delhi. |
| DAY 3 |
Transfer to Delhi
domestic airport to board flight for Leh. Transfer from
Leh airport to hotel. Day free in Leh for acclimatization.
Overnight at Leh. |
| DAY 4 |
Sight seeing of
Shay, Thiksay and Hemis monasteries. Evening back to
hotel for overnight stay. |

Shay:
Until the 16 century, Shay was the royal residence,
located at an important advantage point in the Indus
Valley. Much of the palace and the fort high above it
have fallen into disrepair, though the soot covered
wall paintings in the palace have now been restored.
Drukpa monks attend the palace Gompa with 17.5 m high
blue hair Maitreya Buddha from Hemis. The statue is
made of copper and gold. |

Thiksay:
It is one of the imposing monasteries in Ladakh and
was part of the original Gelugpa order in the 15th century.
The new temple interior is dominated by a giant 15 m
high FUTURE Buddha. This monastery is good for watch
the religious ceremonies, usually at 0630 hrs everyday. |

Hemis:
This monastery is the largest and biggest in Ladakh
and there are 300 monks who are believed to gather in
the monastery during its festival. The order of the
Gompa is Nyigmapa. The founder of Nyigmapa order is
the Guru Padmasambava. |
| DAY 5 |
Morning drives to
Alchi monastery and back to Leh. Morning visits the
Alchi Gompa and its famous wall paintings, Likir Monastery,
and we drive back to Leh. Overnight at Leh hotel. |
| DAY 6 |
Sight seeing of
Shanti stupa and visiting SOS Tibetan school. |
| DAY 7 |
Drive to Pangong
lake (4250m) 130KM from Leh via Changla pass and Durbuk
villages. Arrive Pangong Camp for lunch. Over night
at Pangong |

8 |
Visit Pangong Lake
and surroundings. Dinner and over night at Pangong Lake.
This is the biggest lake in Ladakh.113 KM. Greater part
of the lake is in Tibet. |
| DAY 9 |
Drive from Pangong
lake to Tsomori-ri lake. Another beautiful lake at Korzok
village. Over night at Tsomori-ri lake. Can see black
neck crane. |
| DAY 10 |
Day to explore the
lake in the morning. Have lunch at the Camp site. After
lunch walk to visit the Korzonk Monastery. Over night
at Camp. |

11 |
Tsomori-ri to Tsokar
Lake drives via Sum do (Nomads village) and Puja salphar
hot spring. Arrive Tsokar and watch the wild asses.
Overnight at Tsokar (Dry salt lake). |
| DAY 12 |
Drive from Tsokar
to one of the Rebo (The tented Camp of Nomads) near
by Taklang la pass east. Camp near a Rebo (Nomad Tented
House) |
| DAY 13 |
Drive from Rebo
to Leh via Taklang la Pass. Overnight in Leh hotel. |
| DAY
14 |
Day free in Leh.
Over night in Leh. |
| DAY 15 |
Leh Delhi flight.
Arrive Delhi transfer to hotel. |
| DAY 16 |
Day free. Evening
transfer to international airport for flight back home. |
In
this tour programme, we will be accompanied by a yoga
teacher and a Buddhist scholar who would give teachings
on "Mind & Body" and practice meditation
and yoga in the undisturbed natural surroundings which
provide a perfect environment to attain peace.

Cost includes:
All transfers and sightseeing by A.C. coach or car in Delhi, hotel accommodation
in Delhi (A.C on full board, Three star hotel). All hotels in Sikkim
are on full board, The transportation in Sikkim will be non A.C. coach
or cars, domestic air fare (Bagdogra - Delhi ) is also included in the
tour cost, train from Delhi to NJP will be A.C. 2 Tier Class.
Cost does not include:
Items of personal nature, laundry, alcohol, mineral water, beverages,
medical and health insurance, airport tax, personal phone calls. Guide
and entrance fees wherever applicable

Payment Terms and Conditions
:
On confirmation of tour 50% of the total amount must be transferred
to Sumico Travels, account no. 54405005663, Standard Chartered Bank
Ltd, New Friends Colony, 20 Community center, New Delhi 110 065. Balance
50% is to be given at the time of arrival in India.
Cancellation:
30 days before the tour date, 10% of quotation would be charged as communicat
ion
charges. Thereafter, 35% of quotation would be charged. Cancellation
before 15 days from the tour due date would be on a no refund of advance
basis .
Note:
Sumico Travels shall not be held responsible for any natural calamities
due to which difficulties & disturbance occur in the actual program
directly or indirectly. In such a situation, Sumico Travels reserves
the right to make changes in the program at any time with a simple notification.

Issues:

are cleaned up, we do not engage in activities that interfere with the
